What to Know Before You Picking up items:
- Have your invoice and/or showroom estimate sheet.
- Large items and/or orders may require loading after 1 PM for customers arriving between 11 AM and 12 Noon on Monday - Friday.
- All showers load as one piece. Please bring a truck and/or trailer when purchasing these items.
- Come early on Saturday for best service.

Returns
- 90 day return window (exception for items specifically marked otherwise)
- Please call us for instructions before you make a return (601-876-3455)
- All items must be in new and sellable condition. Items should also be in its original packaging with its box in same condition of how you received it and with all its original paperwork or a restocking fee may apply.
